In the last scene we looked at concave make-up mirrors but in our everyday lives we often encounter convex mirrors like the driver’s side mirror shown below:

or even more complex mirrors like the “Bean” in Chicago.

Use the ideas we’ve developed to explain what we see when we look in convex, spherical mirrors like the mirrors on vehicles, mirrors found at some intersections and surveillance mirror in stores.
